At Coeuréline, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? ( 1 + 2 )
The time span for deliveries is made up of two periods:
1) Processing time (1 business day):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing
The order is checked and approved within 24 hours of being placed. As soon as the order has been approved in our system, production is started. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure the quality and pack it.
2) Delivery time (approx. 2-10 working days depending on the country):
The time from our shipping center to the place of delivery. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes to:
- Germany 2-3 working days
- Other EU countries 3-9 working days
- USA 6-10 working days*
to be delivered to its destination.
*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.

1.) Within Germany:
1.1 Standard shipping for €3.99 up to an order value of €38.99
1.2 Free standard shipping from an order value of €39.00
1.3 Express shipping for 6,99€
2) Within the EU:
2.1 Standard shipping for 8,50€ up to an order value of 49,99€
2.2 Standard shipping for 3,99€ with an order value of 50,00€ - 149,99€
2.3 Free standard shipping with an order value of at least 150€
3) United States of America:
3.1 Standard shipping for €9.99 up to an order value of €49.99
3.2 Standard shipping for 4,99€ with an order value of 50,00€ - 149,99€
3.3 Free standard shipping with an order value of at least €150
Please note, once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or canceled, as the packing & processing of your order begins immediately upon receipt of the order.
